What is Access Bars?
By lightly touching 32 points on your head, Access Bars releases the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, feelings and emotions holding all the limitation in place in your body. They delete the limiting points of view creating limitation, giving you access to greater consciousness.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing and stress-reduction technique that can be used anywhere and anytime to calm you when you are stressed, revive you when you are feeling drained, and replenish you when you are feeling depleted. It is an ancient Japanese system to support oneself and others.

Michelle Wilson is a certified yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, and energy practitioner. Michelle has been practicing Reiki since 2008, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as a Healing Touch practitioner (Level 3).

Individual Reiki sessions are $55/hour and scheduled by appointment.

As the founder of Radiant Wellness Solutions, Michelle loves sharing the joy of the body's energetic system with others through yoga, mindfulness, holistic nutrition and energy balancing.

Yoga nidra meditation is “yogic sleep.” Through a series of guided instructions the body is led into a state of supreme relaxation where the unconscious and subconscious mind awaken, opening the potential for deep healing. You get to lie down the whole time. Initially, yoga nidra feels like a really nourishing nap, but
ultimately the intention of yoga nidra is to liberate a person from suffering.

Forty-five minutes of yoga nidra meditation feels like three hours of
sleep in the body.
