Several years back, I hit rock-bottom with my own health. As a certified yoga instructor drinking green smoothies for breakfast, eating whole foods, and meditating daily, I was surprised to find myself struggling with adrenal fatigue, digestive issues, seasonal depression, and multiple food sensitivities. I was sick, tired, and without much hope.

In search of solutions, I sought health coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. This helped me identify and address my own challenges.

Now a certified health coach, I am also a Reiki and Healing Touch practitioner, worksite wellness specialist, and I have completed a 9-month Ayurvedic intensive.

With my expertise, I work with clients to co-create completely personalized actions based on client goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
