What is Reiki?

Reiki is a healing and stress-reduction technique that can be used anywhere and anytime to calm you when you are stressed, revive you when you are feeling drained, and replenish you when you are feeling depleted. It is an ancient Japanese system to support oneself and others. 

Michelle Wilson is a certified yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, and energy practitioner. Michelle has been practicing Reiki since 2008, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as a Healing Touch practitioner (Level 3).

As the founder of Radiant Wellness Solutions, Michelle loves sharing the joy of the body's energetic system with others through yoga, mindfulness, holistic nutrition and energy balancing.

Individual Reiki sessions are scheduled by appointment.
