Each week, you’ll have a curated theme outlined in a printable zine (short for magazine) that you can fold and pop into your pocket on your next walk. Each zine will have six activity options. Complete four of them and earn your badge (fun sticker) for that week!

With accompanying audio and video recordings guiding your practice available on our private program web page, this program can be done from anywhere!
